Vetup, a key part of our group, develops cloud-based and mobile software solutions tailored for veterinarians, ensuring seamless interconnectivity and exceptional user experience.
The Role As Head of Engineering, you'll: Define and execute Vetup's engineering strategy to deliver robust, user-friendly software.
Lead and inspire a high-performance engineering team across platforms.
Enhance system scalability, reliability, and performance using modern cloud technologies.
Champion a DevOps culture, encouraging ownership and collaboration.
Work cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams to exceed user expectations.
Key Responsibilities Drive the development of innovative new features and products.
Ensure the team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions on time.
Instill a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering inclusivity and collaboration.
Align engineering goals with the company's broader business objectives.
What We're Looking For Proven leadership in software engineering (SaaS/cloud experience ideal).
Strong technical and strategic thinking skills.
Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Fluent in French and English (essential).
Excellent communication and people-management skills.
