Head of EMEA Institutional Client Relationship Management This is a great job for someone who has experience in a client service / relationship management role.
A bit about the job: As Head of Institutional Client Relationship Management, you will have ultimate responsibility for delivering exceptional client service to institutional clients of Aviva Investors.
You will lead a team focused on providing outstanding relationship management and pro-active day-to-day servicing.
The ultimate goals of this function are: • client retention through achieving a high level of client satisfaction • broadening our relationships with existing clients (i.e.
identifying appropriate cross-selling opportunities).
To help achieve these goals, you will be expected to develop strong internal relationships across Aviva Investors from the Distribution, Investment and Operations teams.
You will manage a team of Client Relationship Directors and Client Relationship Managers to ensure the highest possible quality of relationship management and day-to-day client service.
You will need to develop and execute an effective approach to relationship management that maximises the potential for cross-selling opportunities to be captured.
This would include taking responsibility for the team's development and maintenance of Client Engagement Plans.
Skills and experience we're looking for: Team management experience strongly preferred IMC required Comprehensive knowledge of Asset Management business including strong product knowledge across public and private markets Client-centric "Solutions" mindset Pro-active/self-starter with a strong sense of taking ownership and encouraging this approach in others.

This means that we'll need to complete some regulatory background checks on you before you take up your role and we'll need to ask you some questions on an annual basis to make sure you remain 'fit and proper' and competent to carry out your role.
We'll provide training on what holding a SMCR role means when you join us and annually thereafter.
