About the Role The Head of Ecommerce will lead the company's online strategy, driving growth and optimising the marketplace.
Key responsibilities will include: Developing and executing the ecommerce strategy Identifying and capitalising on market opportunities Monitoring and reporting on business performance Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships Negotiating commercial terms and ensuring supplier compliance Leading trading strategies, overseeing promotions, and implementing pricing strategies Optimising the marketplace platform and collaborating with cross-functional teams Leading data-driven decision-making, monitoring KPIs, and implementing predictive analytics The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have strong e-commerce experience, ideally within a marketplace setting.
They will have a deep understanding of online retail and consumer behaviour, as well as strong commercial acumen and P&L responsibility.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential.
