Job Description About the Role: As the Head of E-commerce, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our beauty brand's online presence.
You will oversee all aspects of our e-commerce operations, from website development and optimisation to marketing and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
* Manage and optimise our online store, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
* Oversee website development and maintenance, including user interface, functionality, and performance.
* Lead e-commerce marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
* Analyse website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Manage e-commerce operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
Qualifications and Skills: * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management.
* Proven track record of driving online sales growth.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
