ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Drama department, overseeing the delivery of an outstanding Drama curriculumFoster a creative and inclusive learning environment that supports student developmentCollaborate with colleagues to design and implement exciting Drama lessonsOrganize and direct school productions, performances, and eventsAssess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as neededSupport the professional development of Drama teachersParticipate in extracurricular Drama activities and eventsMaintain accurate records of student achievements and progressMinimum RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentSpecialization in Drama or performing arts-related fieldPostgraduate degree in Drama or Drama Education (preferred)Proven experience teaching Drama, preferably at the secondary levelStrong leadership and management skillsPassion for promoting creativity and excellence in DramaExcellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilitiesCommitment to ongoing professional development in Drama educationApplicationTo apply for the position of Head of Drama, please send your CV as soon as possible.
