This full-time role will commence in April, and we are seeking an exceptional individual who is dedicated to fostering creativity and excellence in Drama.
As the Head of Drama, you will have a significant role in leading and shaping the Drama department. You will inspire and encourage students to explore their artistic potential, ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive and captivating Drama curriculum.

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Drama department, ensuring the delivery of an outstanding Drama curriculumInspire and motivate students to unleash their creativity and develop their performance skillsCollaborate with colleagues to design and implement engaging and innovative Drama lessonsOrganize and direct school productions, performances, and eventsAssess student progress and provide constructive feedbackMentor and support the professional development of Drama teachersContribute to extracurricular Drama activities and eventsMaintain accurate records of student achievements and progressMinimum RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentSpecialization in Drama or performing arts-related fieldPostgraduate degree in Drama or Drama Education (preferred)Proven experience teaching Drama, preferably at the secondary levelStrong leadership and management abilitiesPassionate about promoting creativity and excellence in DramaExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsCommitment to continuous professional development in Drama educationApplication To apply for the position of Head of Drama, please submit your CV as soon as possible.
