Head of Development @ NYCOS (National Youth Choir of Scotland)NYCOS is seeking a passionate Head of Development to lead our fundraising strategy and secure vital support for our national choirs, regional choirs, and creative learning programmes.
This new role offers a unique opportunity to shape NYCOS' future and support life-changing musical opportunities for children and young people across Scotland.
Working closely with the CEO and managing the Alumni and Individual Giving Manager, you will develop and implement an innovative fundraising strategy, building strong relationships with trusts, foundations, corporate partners, and individual donors. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and organisational skills, alongside a genuine enthusiasm for the arts.
You will help secure vital support for our national choirs, regional choirs, and creative learning programmes, ensuring that NYCOS continues to inspire and nurture Scotland's young singers.
