We provide a range of strategic advisory services to clients across the financial services industry.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Design to lead our design team and elevate our brand and client experience.

Role Overview As the Head of Design, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of talented designers to create exceptional design solutions that drive business growth and enhance our brand reputation.
You will work closely with senior leadership, business development, and client teams to deliver innovative and impactful design across a variety of projects, including branding, marketing materials, digital experiences, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Oversee the creative direction and vision for all design projects.
Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the design team.
Team Management: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing design team.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
Design Excellence: Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality output.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies.
Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
Present design concepts and recommendations effectively to clients and senior leadership.
Manage client expectations and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Head of Design or a similar senior design role in a professional services or corporate environment.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Deep understanding of branding, marketing, and digital design principles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, marketing materials, digital experiences, and presentations.
A passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
