Head of Demand Management We're looking for a Head of Demand Management to join a leading manchester based textiles manufacturer, to help us work smarter, and keep us moving fast – because here, we work at pace!
The Role: Where You Fit In This is a business-critical role reporting directly to our Chief Operating Officer.
Your mission is simple but essential: lead our Demand Management team to ensure our customers get exactly what they need, exactly when they need it – all while maximizing our stock strategy and full-price sell-through.
Your leadership and communication skills will be at the heart of this role, as you'll collaborate across Production Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and Sales.
We don't just "process" orders – we build in-depth knowledge of our customers, their unique requirements, and their bespoke product demands.

What You'll Be Doing: Leading a team of 8 to elevate demand forecasting and deliver business improvements.
Ensuring we stay agile in a fast-moving, seasonal trading environment – think two-week lead times in some cases.
Driving a full review of our stock management system to find efficiencies and streamline processes.
Collaborating across the business to ensure we're communicating clearly, acting decisively, and always keeping the customer at the center of what we do.
