Head of Data London (2 days a week in office) Up to £140,000 per annum + benefits The Role: La Fosse is thrilled to partner with a leading finance provider seeking a Head of Data to drive the modernisation of its data operations.
You'll lead the creation of a data strategy, establish frameworks for governance and quality, and prepare the business for future AI capabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the data function within a rapidly growing organisation.
Key Requirements: Experience leading data strategy and transformation Strong background in cloud technologies (preferably Azure) Expertise in data governance, data quality, and data management Proven track record of leading and developing data teams Knowledge of regulatory compliance within data environments Experience building scalable data infrastructure to support business growth Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and align data strategy with business goals Why Apply?
