As the Head of Data Center Development , you will spearhead the planning, development, and delivery of cutting-edge data center projects across multiple European locations, including the UK.
This role is critical in driving strategic initiatives that align with their mission to provide sustainable and reliable infrastructure for energy sector clients.
Key Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end data center development projects, from site selection to operational handover.
Oversee budgeting, planning, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, to align development strategies with business objectives.
Drive innovation in energy efficiency, sustainability, and digital infrastructure solutions.

The salary on offer for this Head of Data Center Development Role , is paying up to £130,000 Base + Benefits.
The firm operates a hybrid working policy with some travel to the EU depending on where clients are based.
What You need to bring to this role : Proven Experience : 8+ years in data center development , with a track record of leading large-scale projects in the EU/UK.
Strategic Vision : Strong understanding of the energy market and its digital infrastructure needs.
Technical Expertise : Deep knowledge of data center technologies , sustainability practices, and regulatory requirements.
Leadership Skills : Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Communication : Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Education : Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Uptime, LEED, PMP) are advantageous.
