We're seeking a Head of Data & Insights to build a data-driven culture, unlock hidden value from our data, and lead innovative projects like predictive maintenance.
You'll: Lead the development of our data strategy: Create a roadmap to transform the company into a data-driven organization.
Build a centralized data team: Assemble and mentor a team of data experts to deliver valuable insights.
Drive data-driven decision making: Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure data informs strategic decisions.
Develop dashboards, visualisations, and analytical tools: Create intuitive tools to communicate insights effectively.
Champion data governance and explore AI opportunities: Establish data standards and explore emerging technologies to osptimize operations.
Lead innovative projects: Drive the development of predictive models and other advanced analytics initiatives.
You have: Developed a team from scratch and defined a data roadmap Proven experience using data to tell impactful stories.
Technical expertise in data analysis, data mining, and AI.
Leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
