Role overview: Glue Reply is looking to recruit a dynamic Head of Data & Analytics to shape and drive their data strategy, ensuring data is leveraged as a strategic asset.
In this role, you will lead key functions including data design and modelling, data governance and assurance, information analytics, and the development of data science capabilities.
Your mission will be to establish strong data governance frameworks, driving the continual improvement of data quality while fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
You will oversee transformational change programs that enhance service delivery and create impactful products.
This role demands a proactive and strategic leader who can deliver on "One version of the truth" initiatives such as Master Data Management (MDM) and the decoupling of data from application layers, ensuring clients benefit from cutting-edge technologies and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing strategic direction, guidance, and performance management while championing the value of data.Define and implement Glue Reply's data strategy, aligning with business objectives and ensuring robust data governance for quality and compliance.Provide technical leadership in BI development, data design, governance, and program execution, ensuring successful data initiative delivery.Build strong stakeholder relationships to position data as a core asset and foster cross-functional collaboration for strategic outcomes.Manage investments, projects, and commercial processes, including financial planning, procurement, and supplier performance, to align with business strategies.Monitor KPIs, metrics, and risks, delivering actionable insights and mitigation plans to senior leadership for informed decision-making.About the candidate: Bachelor's degree (2.1 or higher) in Computer Science, Technology-related, or Business/Management-related fields.8+ years in technology consulting, including product delivery, data expertise, and knowledge of solutions like security, data management, and cloud.Proficient in BI, data design, analytics, reporting, and data quality management, with strong governance and compliance knowledge.Proven ability to lead teams, meet challenging objectives, and exceed client expectations, especially in data and IT transformation.Expertise in enterprise architecture, development best practices, and quick decision-making based on complex data analysis.Skilled in managing budgets, procurement, supplier relationships, and aligning data strategies with business goals to deliver value.Reply is an Equal Opportunities Employer and committed to embracing diversity in the workplace.
