The opportunity: Initially a Maternity cover role (6 months), but with definite scope to make this a long term opportunity!
Come in and help drive improvement across the customer journey with a focus on onboarding/implementation and support.
You'll take ownership of a remote team of 6 across Implementation, CS and Support, as well as take ownership of 6 highly valuable key clients.
Your key objective is to reduce time to value!
But naturally, any improvements made to the wider customer journey are fantastic.
Essential skills and experience: Both IC and Leadership experience within a Customer Success function in a scale-up business.
Experience and confidence of managing remote team members.
Experience in FinTech and/or working with large financial institutions.
Experience of working with a complex and bespoke SaaS solution Hands on SaaS Implementation experience.

Managing up and managing down will be critical.
The Package: A salary between £100k - £120k plus a 10% bonus.
Fully remote.
