An exciting opportunity has arisen at the College for a Head of Curriculum and Quality - Building Services and Green Technology to join the team based in Coalville.
Working in this role you will provide effective management for each curriculum area within the Building Services portfolio (including plumbing, electrical, and gas), develop and deliver operational capability and commitment that ensures the team produce excellence, innovation and sustainability in teaching, learning and assessment, ensuring outstanding student success.
Tasks To provide effective management of the curriculum area, ensuring excellence, innovation and sustainability in teaching, learning and assessment, ensuring excell HCQs will be assigned specific areas of responsibility.
The responsibility could include a set of programmes, one or more, non-programme functions, and/or focus on a specific site/curriculum development.
Directors of Campus will amend these responsibilities as necessary to meet the needs of the Corporation and to maintain flexibility and effectiveness.
This will be done in a way as to fairly distribute the workload amongst HQLs and also if CQL's are required.
This will be based on the size of the area, ensuring manageable spans of control.
