Head Of Conveyancing

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Chartered Legal Executive to join a friendly and successful high street practise in Exeter.
You would be joining as head of department to their thriving Conveyancing Team (Commercial and Residential).
Candidates ideally will have at least 8 years' experience of fee earning and managing their own caseload along with some experience of managing and supporting a team.
The successful applicant should be able to:
Produce a high-quality service, maintain excellent file administration, and work successfully with other lawyers and support staffOffer guidance, training, and supervision to less experienced staff membersOffer comprehensive advice in Residential transactionsManage individual and team targetsIncrease work areas of residential conveyancingIn return the firm will provide a positive working environment, active supervision, and investment in career development.
