Manage Electrical, Mechanical, and Building services
Provide technical support and manage contractors
Lead staff performance and development
Ensure compliance with Risk Management/Governance processes
2+ years' senior Estates and Facilities management experience in NHS/public sector
~ Degree in building services/engineering
Proficient in CAFM systems, BMS, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD
Leadership, negotiation, and project management skills
