Duties & Responsibilities: Content Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive content marketing plan targeting prospects at all stages of the purchasing funnel.
Oversee high-impact, SEO-optimized content across formats (e.g., blogs, whitepapers, videos).
Collaborate with product marketing and customer success teams on customer-focused content.
Foster innovation and creative approaches to enhance the content strategy.
Brand Marketing Strategy: Lead top-of-funnel campaigns and a cohesive social media strategy to drive organic growth.
Ensure consistent brand messaging by partnering with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with the People team to define and promote the employer brand.
Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a creative, collaborative team, driving continuous improvement.
Set goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure accountability for performance.
Provide regular feedback and growth opportunities while fostering strategic vision.
Your profile: Proven Content marketing experience in the technology sector (ideally SaaS) Leadership experience Experience working for small to mid size business
