The role involves leading a team of consultants, engaging with our customers across multiple industries whilst driving delivery excellence to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the consultancy division of IMSM whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, staying up to date with evolving ISO Standards.
Role and Responsibilities: Leadership Lead, manage and mentor a team of ISO consultants Ensure a consistent delivery of high-quality services Manage training and professional development for team members to stay compliant with the latest ISO standards and best practises Encourage a collaborative and high performing team environment Develop and execute a strategic plan for the ISO consultancy team that aligns with the group's goals Identify opportunities for business growth within the consultancy services, including new ISO standards and emerging markets globally Maintain the company's reputation as a marker leader in ISO consultancy services Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, accreditation bodies and certification authorities.
Operational Excellence Develop and implement industry leading standardised processes for consultancy service delivery to ensure efficiency and consistency across service delivery.
Monitor and maintain project processes, revenue and cost budgets and delivery against group KPIs and objectives.
Ensure the team stay informed on updates to ISO standards, certifications and industry trends so we can provide the best services to our customers.
Lead internal audits and reviews to maintain the quality and reliability of consultancy services offered by IMSM.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote ISO consultancy services, supporting where required in proposals, tenders and prospective customer meetings.
Customer Service Engage with clients and our sales leads to understand customer requirements and goals related to ISO standards Oversee end to end project delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to both time and budget Ensure all consultancy projects comply with ISO standards.
Experience requirements At least 3 years' experience in a leadership or managerial role within the consultancy or compliance sector Strong track record of successful customer engagements and project management A good knowledge of ISO standards and their implementation Excellent leadership and team management capabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure Fluency in written and spoken English.
Preferred skills (Non-essential) Certified lead auditor/implementer in multiple ISO standards In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS) Previous experience of having been involved in or running an ISO process.
CRM Knowledge & Proficiency (e.g.
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Creatio, Zoho) Experience in change management, digital transformation in QMS Being bilingual is advantageous and highly regarded, though not essential.
