Are you a leader ready to take on a pivotal role at one of the most iconic teams in motorsport Were looking for an exceptional Head of Composite Manufacturing to oversee a team of 90 technicians and production staff driving innovation and excellence in composite manufacturing processes.

  Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Develop and implement a vision for advancing composite manufacturing processes and technologies.
Mentor and develop team members fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Allocate resources effectively to meet production demands while optimising costs and inventory.
Provide updates on manufacturing performance challenges and strategic initiatives to executive leadership.
Process Optimisation: Drive the development and continuous improvement of composite manufacturing processes to enhance quality efficiency and productivity.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions for operational excellence.
Manufacturing Execution: Oversee daily operations to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including R&D and Quality Control to streamline processes.
Maintain rigorous quality control procedures and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
What Were Looking For: Expertise in Composites: Deep understanding of composite materials fabrication techniques and manufacturing processes.
Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and inspiring large teams with a focus on high performance and professional growth.
Process Excellence: Strong background in process optimisation lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Collaborative Approach: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and functions.
Industry Experience: At least 7 years in composite manufacturing with progressive leadership roles ideally in Formula 1 or adjacent industries such as aerospace.
