Head of Commercial PropertyCotswolds / South West We have been instructed on a new Head of Commercial Property opportunity with a growing multi-site firm with offices in the Cotswolds and South West.The firm is looking for an experienced commercial property lawyer or director who would like the platform and freedom to lead the firm's commercial property practice.
There is flexibility around location.The role involves supervising and managing others as necessary and building the team.
There is a significant amount of work coming through from all the firm's offices (predominantly landlord & tenant, property asset management, acquisitions, disposals and the provision of property advice on corporate deals) and so no client following is required.In this key role, which would suit an experienced general commercial property solicitor with management aspirations, there is the opportunity for real ownership and a genuine seat at the decision making table.
