Head of Commercial Operations – Leisure Site On Site - East London c60k plus bonus and incredible benefits We are looking for a very special individual in the Leisure World to join an exciting and growing leisure activity business. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Operator. This is an incredibly exciting business that is looking to grow over the next 12-18 months. You will lead the day-to-day delivery of the guest experience and have full responsibility for the revenue and partnerships created within a new site in East London. This is a leisure job not to be missed.
The role In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the running of the revenue streams of the business. You will be responsible for driving the experience of the guests and will increase brand recognition in the local areas and grow group and exclusive hire bookings, site occupancy, and yield across the estate.
Overall responsibility for driving the member experience Grow engagement and impact in local communities Focus on local sales and secondary revenue processes of the sites whilst promoting the highest levels of customer service and team engagement. Track performance of campaigns and share this data with the wider team with a focus on continual improvement Create revenue targets for the sites Take responsibility for prospecting new business Build, nurture, and develop our partnerships database utilizing new business opportunities, previous contacts, and appropriate agencies Work with the Marketing team to generate ideas for new campaigns and a calendar of events and activities. Who are we looking for? We are looking to speak to senior leaders in the leisure industry. Ideally, you will have the following:
Experience of working at a senior management level with business leadership and strong financial acumen skills A proven history of leading a leisure-related, cross-functional business. Experience of delivering products to members Developing a company vision and associated plans to deliver on company commitments.
