A unique opportunity has arisen at a senior and strategic level for a Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Specialist.
This Manchester / North West HQ firm attracts high calibre lawyers many of whom have practised with larger, Legal 100 firms.
It presents a unique and different proposition in the market and one which is very attractive to both lawyers and clients.
Instructed by a diverse range of clients (limited companies, substantial corporates, SMEs, OMBs, entrepreneurs and partnerships), typical instructions will include:
Commercial ContractsCorporate & Shareholder DisputesBreach of DirectorshipsPartnership DisputesEnforcement & RecoveriesNegligence based actionsYou will be responsible for leading and developing the commercial litigation team in what is a period of strategic expansion.
Whilst the role requires someone with gravitas, and who is able to drive a team and nurture clients & contacts, this opportunity does not require someone with a following.
