Head Of Commercial

Executive Network Group are working exclusively in partnership with a B2C financial services business to help appoint a Head of Commercial.
The role will be responsible for identifying, securing and cultivating sound commercial strategic partnerships to drive business and revenue growth.
Some responsibilities will include: Managing a small team Lead meetings and workshops with stakeholders to understand commercial requirements Manage large scale, end to end high value tender process Develop and manage budgets, forecasts and and financial performance metrics Strategically optimise pricing, contracts and overall profitability Produce intelligent MI reports to enable key strategic decision making Drive innovation and process improvement Report on market trends, commercial performance and business development activities The ideal candidate: Experience of leading commercial negotiations and managing partnerships B2C experience in a regulated industry Excellent business development and negotiation skills Experience of people management Strong data analysis and problem solving skills What's on offer: Salary £80-90k + package Flexible working arrangements For more information please apply with an up to date CV, or email ******
