Head Of Commercial Finance

Axon Moore are exclusively supporting a high growth, private equity backed Technology business in sourcing a Head of Commercial Finance to drive significant planned growth both organically and via planned M&A.
As Head of Commercial Finance you will be responsible for delivering high quality MI to the board and investors, supporting planned acquisitions and working closely with the industry recognised CFO on an eventual PE sale.

Role: Head of Commercial Finance
Location: Manchester, hybrid
Salary: £100k
The Role Leading the commercial finance function including building a high performing team Supporting planned M&A including onboarding of newly acquired businesses Business partnering with non-finance to drive efficiencies and results Production of financial models Liaising with the board and investors on company wide strategy Delivery of board packs including commentary Driving the effective use of data to support decision making Alongside the CFO, supporting an eventual PE transaction Ensuring a fit for purpose commercial function in line with business growth The Individual Fully qualified accountant, ideally practice trained Previous experience in a senior level commercial finance role Strong excel skills with experience of building financial models Comfortable engaging c-level individuals Previous experience within a Private Equity backed business is desirable Experience of supporting M&A activities Previous experience of operating in a high growth, ever changing environment
