Aviva are recruiting for a Head of Commercial!
The Head of Commercial for Direct Wealth is a business-critical role responsible for implementing the strategy to commercially scale our D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) Wealth propositions.
The role will primarily focus on Direct Wealth but will also hold responsibility for ensuring consistent performance management across Wealthify and Direct Wealth.
A bit about the job: This is a great role for someone who has validated experience of running a Direct-to-Consumer Wealth trading team, has a deep understanding of the Direct Market and the revenue drivers of D2C propositions.
As a trusted advisor to the MD of Direct Wealth and Commercial Director this will be a highly influential role in building out a profitable business at pace.
The purpose of the role is to own the commercial performance management framework for Direct Wealth enabling quick and open decision making to ensure the business meets its commercial objectives.
You will lead a team of Team of 4 Pricing and Commercial SME's that provides the analysis for the key commercial decisions across the business (e.g.
pricing, partnerships, incentives, programme priorities) and work closely with the Direct Wealth SLT, Finance Business Partners, Head of GTM, COO and CIO.
Skills and experience we're looking for: Strong experience with direct consumer wealth, the ability to own the commercial performance management framework and manage the Direct Wealth business plan Evidence of working in, or leading a team, that has been responsible for ensuring new propositions and partnerships meet the businesses commercial criteria prior to launch Ability to influence and drive outcomes through matrix management Proven experience of ensuring roadmaps are thoroughly challenged, align to plan and have targets with clear accountability for delivery Ability to think long-term strategically and operationally What you'll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too.

Salary circa £85,000 - £90,000, (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications) Bonus opportunity - 25% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
