4DWW is subject to successfulcompletion of probation and is not a contractual benefit*_****Job Title: Lead Clinician****Location: The Shires – Oakham, East Midlands****Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)****Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am-16.30pm****Contract: Permanent,****Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required****About the role**We are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team atThe Shires – Oakham, East Midlands.
The postholder will work collaborativelywith both the school's Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Clinical LocalityLead.
The role will be split between clinically leading the team and holding atherapy caseload.
Working collaboratively with the team, the postholder willdeliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students who maypresent with complex profiles of need as a result of autism and other types ofneurodivergence, developmental trauma and social, emotional and mental health(SEMH) needs.
They will also be responsible for coordinating the linemanagement of the members of the onsite clinical team and leading on theservice development of the clinical school-based service, alongside the schoolSLT and Clinical Locality Lead.The postholder will be responsible for holding the therapy caseload with thefull support of our well-established and knowledgeable clinical network andgrowing Clinical Team, you will also contribute to staff training andconsultation.

HCPC, BPS * Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs. * Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities * Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team * Ability to work independently * Ability to work dynamically and within a growing and developing clinical service * Experience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty preferred * Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicleFor further information on this role please refer the Job Description andPerson Specification attached.
