Head of Clinical PharmacySalary:  Job Title: Head of Clinical PharmacyRole Purpose:Are you a visionary leader passionate about delivering exceptional pharmaceutical services?
Join us as the Head of Clinical Pharmacy who is specialised in homecare HPN and Oncology, to ensure the highest standards of patient care, driving quality excellence, and compliance with GPhC and RPS professional standards.Key Accountabilities: Clinical Governance: Lead compliance with legislation and standards, ensuring patient safety and legal adherence.
Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, driving high standards in Pharmacy Services.
Oncology Focus: Develop and implement plans for oncology medication services, ensuring best practices and compliance.
Education and Development: Create a robust learning framework for all pharmacists, promoting continuous professional development.
Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing team, maximising potential and engagement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain key relationships internally and externally to enhance integrated patient care.

Experience: Significant experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, risk management, and specialist therapy areas.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing UK pharmacy practice.
Business Acumen: Commercially astute with strong analytical and operational planning skills.
Project Management: Highly organized with a track record of driving innovation and improvement.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous with a keen eye for detail to ensure safety and accuracy.
