need to pick kids up etc) MUST HAVE AGENCY EXPERIENCE Aquent is seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Client Services to join an award-winning performance marketing agency based in the UK that specialises in creating commercially focused SEO, PPC, web design and social media strategies.
The aim of the role is to help refine and improve customer experience, offer strategic insights, find additional opportunities for strategy development and ultimately help retain customers.
The current client services team consists of two account managers and an account executive.
You will be managing some of the agency's larger accounts, as well as working as part of the leadership team to continue to steer the business forward.
Good commercial understanding is vital.
A solid understanding of Search, social, email marketing and web development is also necessary for the role.
