Head Of Capital Projects

Our client represents a large multi-asset estate undergoing a portfolio of concurrent capital construction, development and ongoing refurbishment projects to its building assets.
The organisation employs a client-side project management team overseeing all projects and delivery partners.

We are seeking to appoint a Head of Capital Project delivery responsible for leading the inhouse project team with oversight and responsibility across its £multi-million project portfolio.
You will be a key member of the Estates function contributing toward the overall estates strategy.

Key responsibilities include:
Plan, organise and manage the capital works programme and its related resources and services to ensure project delivery meets good practice Working with the Estates Director to advise an update on the overall estates strategy.
Leadership of the projects team to efficiently manage all projects and services related to the development and implementation of projects on the estate, seeking best value and a high degree of interface with internal engineering expertise Candidates would benefit from experience in a blend of supplier and client side roles, capable of managing varied portfolio of projects within a broader estates function.
