The organisation specializes in a secure workforce collaboration platform that enables organisations to collaborate securely at varied scales. They currently work with several public sector organisations and were instrumental in providing the NHS with their platform during the COVID Pandemic.
Role Overview: As part of the growth plans, they are looking to bring in a Head of Business Development, a crucial leadership role responsible for driving the company's growth strategy in current market sectors and exploring new markets. You will leverage industry insights and networking at industry events.
Responsibilities: Monitor performance metricsMentor and develop the Business Development TeamFoster a culture of continuous improvement & high performanceBuild strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersDrive revenue and ensure the business remains competitiveExperience Required: Extensive experience in a Business Development/Sales roleExperience selling into the public sector, especially defence, healthcare, or government sectorsCRM experience with Salesforce/HubspotDemonstrated experience of building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makersExperience creating and delivering captivating proposals and presentations to potential clientsAdditional Information: The role is fully remote with expectations to meet with national prospects and clients across the UK. Salary is up to £85k with an OTE of over £100k+.
