An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our charity as Head of Business Development within Adult Services to be a pivotal part of driving growth in our directorateWe are looking for a driven and strategic Head of Business Development with a proven track record in scaling revenue and forging impactful partnerships.
This individual should be a proactive leader with strong negotiation skills, capable of identifying and maximising new growth opportunities, and adept at navigating complex contracts.
Experience in social care or related sectors is essential, as they'll need to align with our mission of advocating for autistic individuals and creating lasting change in the community.
Above all, they should bring a mix of analytical insight, relationship-building expertise, and a passion for driving sustainable development.
The successful candidate will have the ability to positively influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders both internally and externallyExpertise in managing the full bid processThe ability to assess the marker trends, identify opportunities and align business strategies with organisational goals.Experience in leading teamsExperience in ensuring compliance with care standards and safeguarding across all four nations.Demonstrable project management skills To view the job description please click .This role is home-based and is a full-time permanent contract.Who we are:National Autistic Society is the UK's leading charity for autistic people.
