Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives on a global scale.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the events industry.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
