Nickel Digital Asset Management, a leading player in alternative investment funds, is expanding its team for Europe and the Middle East.
As an FCA authorised London-based investment manager, with five years of award-winning track record, we specialise in managing multi-manager funds in the digital assets market.
Recognised as a top-performing fund within its class, we are now seeking a dynamic Business Development head to further drive our growth in Europe and the Middle East.
This position offers a hybrid work opportunity at our London office ( St James's/ Green Park) with the incumbent requiring to travel to client meetings across the region.
Role & Responsibilities: As the Head of Business Development, you will: Lead the charge in expanding Nickel's investor base across Europe & the Middle East, focusing primarily on selling to family offices, UHNWI, sovereign wealth funds and pension funds.
Collaborate closely with the CEO to establish new communication channels and leverage existing relationships with European and ME institutional allocators.
Own and maintain a direct book of business, taking charge of sales strategy, relationship management, pipeline generation, and deal closures.
Travel across the designated region for client meetings.
Foster a team-oriented approach, achieving sales excellence by leveraging the skills and strengths of the wider team.
Qualifications : Proven track record of selling hedge funds to family offices and UHNWI is a MUST .
Any experience of selling into pension funds, and endowments will be an advantage.
Sales experience on the buy-side( must have hedge-fund background) is imperative; familiarity with digital assets/crypto is advantageous, but not mandatory.
Established network and sales relationships across Europe and the Middle East.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
Possess a strong acumen for understanding the technical nature of various investment products and services.
