What we are looking for Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with staff at all levels Experience of leading a business analysis team in a multi-functional organisation Experience of using industry standard methods, techniques, and business analysis tools such as BPMN, Use Cases, SWOT analysis, Five Why's, Lean Six Sigma principles and methodology Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies Knowledge of process design and re-engineering skills Proven track record of managing activities that support a number of full project life cycle implementations including those of a large and/ or complex nature Useful and additional information There is a full role profile attached to the bottom of this advert on our website.
This is a hybrid role and will be based in our Birmingham or Cardiff office 2 days a week, and from home the rest of the week.
Occasional travel to Birmingham head office would be needed.
