Head of Bids - Property Services & Decarb / RetrofitWest Midlands£Highly Competitive Salary & Benefits Package We are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor to recruit a Head of Bids to join their highly successful work winning team.
This role will require an experienced bid leader who is comfortable with taking responsibility for large and strategically important bids, whilst also being able to line manage a team of Bid Managers and support staff.
Leadership qualities are therefore a must as you will be responsible for shaping strategy to delivery of exceptional PQQ and ITT quality submissions.
As the Head of Bids, you will be a talented individual capable of leading change and building a centre of excellence for bidding.
You will be an influencer and will play a critical role in their future growth Working in tandem with senior leadership you will provide strategic direction for business development, advising and influencing the targeting projects within a variety of sectors including: Construction / Framework Projects: Education, Public sector and Blue Light projectsSocial Housing Projects: Planned & Responsive Maintenance, Gas Breakdown, Servicing and Installation, Redecoration and Refurbishment Schemes.
