As Head of Audience Development, you will deliver audience development and growth strategies for Columbia artists, overseeing CRM, D2C and paid media as well as organic growth solutions. You will be responsible for the strategy, planning and analysis of best in class artist audience development and first party data acquisition, in line with commercial and creative objectives and approved M&P budget. The role will integrate seamlessly with the wider marketing team heads as well as core business functions across Sony Music UK & International. Responsible for working closely with all other areas of Columbia as well as artists and managers to drive audience growth & engagement, advertising and innovation into all plans and will be able to deliver in all these areas with analytical and creative thinking. What you'll do:Work directly with artists and managers to set, create and execute audience campaigns across a wide range of genres and artists to drive first party data, audience and revenueCreate scalable processes around these business ideas that can be deployed or mimicked internationallyHelp curate and lead a team of specialists to provide creative audience strategies that deliver against KPIsRegular reporting on campaign effectiveness, return on investment and performance against KPIs including audience target numbersCollaborate closely with the digital and marketing teams to ensure growth is effectively assessed, prioritized, measured, and scaledYou will be community minded at every turn, considering data capture for direct-to-fan comms tools such as email CRM, SMS and various first party data touchpoints.
