We are looking for a person with excellent digital and people skills to join the Asset team.
You will lead on the management of Saxon Weald's asset portfolio, including major projects, building surveying, and land management responsibilities.
If you are experienced in developing and delivering asset management and sustainability strategies and programmes, then you could be a good fit for our role.
Using your technical expertise, you will lead on the development of our 30-year property plan, ensuring it aligns with regulatory standards, repairs history, customer feedback, sustainability targets and budgetary constraints.
As Head of Asset & Sustainability you will inspire and support your team to provide excellent customer service, and to deliver team and organisational goals.
We are looking for someone who is people focussed, but also has a data driven approach and can develop programmes that deliver value for money.

To be successful in this role you will need to have: Extensive experience in asset management, building surveying, and sustainability within the housing or property sector.
Comprehensive knowledge of regulations such as the Decent Homes Standard, Consumer Regulations, Housing Health and Safety Rating System, CDM Regulations, and sustainability frameworks.
Strong digital skills, with the ability to analyse complex data, make informed decisions, and present insights clearly.
A track record of successfully leading complex projects, ensuring compliance and delivering value for money.
Demonstrable experience of risk management.
A willingness to study for a professional housing qualification if required by legislation.
A commitment to demonstrating behaviours that align with Saxon Weald's values.
