The Head of Asset Data and Performance is a strategic leader responsible for ensuring the integrity of asset data and implementing streamlined data processes within Property Services.
You'll oversee all property service reporting and lead the effective handover process for new build properties, acquisitions, and disposals.
In this role, you'll ensure that data is accurate, timely, and aligned with our strategic goals, empowering the business to make well-informed decisions.
Key responsibilities include managing the stock condition survey data capture process, developing operational assessment algorithms, and producing high-quality reports to support performance, compliance, and strategic planning.
You'll also guide the development of our Geographical Information System (GIS), ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our property portfolio.
By managing data flow from multiple sources and ensuring seamless integrations with third-party providers, you'll play a key role in improving our services and driving value for money.
About you You're a highly driven individual with a strategic mindset and a passion for leveraging data to improve asset management and service delivery.
You have a strong commercial understanding of the housing sector, particularly in investment work and how data informs critical business decisions.
As a natural problem solver, you enjoy streamlining processes, ensuring data integrity, and turning data into actionable insights that support operational and strategic goals.
You're confident in managing teams and have proven leadership experience, with a collaborative approach that builds trust with internal and external stakeholders.
You're skilled in working with complex data systems, and your technical expertise includes a strong working knowledge of database structures, SQL, Power BI, and Power Query.
Your experience in data management also extends to systems like CX or Keystone.
In addition to your technical abilities, you're an excellent communicator who can explain complex data insights in a clear and concise manner, helping stakeholders at all levels make informed decisions.
You thrive under pressure, are adept at juggling competing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
