As Head of Art, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of all members of the department and will ensure high performance standards are achieved and maintained.
Leading by example, you will promote excellence in teaching and learning to ensure all pupils develop their potential through the planning and delivery of high quality, innovative and engaging lessons.
You will also be responsible for the department's extra-curricular activities and will actively promote the value of art in developing critical thinking, creativity, and cultural awareness among students and be a champion of the importance of art education within the school and the wider community.
If you have excellent leadership skills, in addition to experience teaching Key Stage 3, GCSE and A level, we would be delighted to hear from you.
