You should have expertise in cloud platforms, microservice and SOA architectures, APIs, mobile and web development, data layer design, and analytics platforms.
Additionally, we expect you to have experience as a technical leader with a deep understanding of relevant technology and trends.
You must demonstrate a proven ability to make architecture decisions and drive them through implementation at the product family and product level.
Strong knowledge of data architecture principles, data modeling techniques, and data integration patterns, as well as proficiency in data modeling tools and languages, are essential.
Your responsibilities: As the Head of Architecture and Data, I will rely on you to define and implement our organization's architecture and data strategies in alignment with our business goals.
You will lead the design of scalable and sustainable technology solutions while ensuring robust and adaptable infrastructure.
Collaboration with key stakeholders is paramount as you will work to meet both technical and business needs, fostering strong relationships and ensuring cohesive progress.
Your responsibilities also include overseeing data governance and management to ensure data integrity and compliance, as well as leading the design of our data architecture and analytics infrastructure.
I expect you to evaluate and select technology standards, implementing enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Your role will involve quality assurance, reviewing and approving major architecture designs, and driving innovation by investigating new technologies and conducting proof-of-concept projects.
Furthermore, you will be an active member of our Senior Leadership Team, collaborating across the organization to drive strategic initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
