Head Of Agile - Release / Testing / Devops

This role focuses on driving business efficiencies through the adoption of the latest Agile & DevOps methodologies, improving the existing test & release cycles, enhancing production stability and ensuring speedy resolution / recovery from incidents.
The successful candidate will also have a strong appreciation of Automation and GenAI offerings and understand how to utilise it and drive business efficiencies.

Financial Services beneficial Must have previous experience leading and maintaining a high standard in a business's Agile, Testing and Release Management Teams Has successfully utilised the latest Automation / GenAI offerings to drive business efficiencies Ability to create both visually and verbally engaging analysis reports and recommendations for technologies methodologies used in Agile, Testing and Release Management Resilient and able to provide positive clear direction in high stress situations and can inspire others Has exceptional leadership skills and is able to influence cross-functional departmental leaders in a particular direction A team-builder and team player, who can work comfortably in a highly collaborative setting.
