You will ensure that the right agile practices, e.g iterative development and continuous delivery, are consistently embedded and teams are empowered to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
Your leadership will shape our delivery processes and help us foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing programs to track and improve product delivery efficiency over time.
As the leader of Delivery, you'll be one of the senior amigos, alongside Product & Tech, championing collaboration to drive impactful change and growth.
You'll help our teams adapt to the ever-evolving needs of our business and customers and ensure we deliver high-quality solutions that align with our strategic goals.  The Role By joining our team you'll: Oversee and drive the successful delivery of key initiatives across Group Tech and Product  Ensure teams are focused on delivering business value & meeting timelines Focus on delivery metrics to guide teams in reaching these goals Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment on priorities and goals Collaborate across our cross-functional teams & chapters Plan delivery roadmaps and help teams work in a product-focussed way Mentor, support and empower a high-performing team of delivery managers Incorporate industry-leading practices and external insights to elevate team performance Track key performance indicators for team performance, delivery health and delivery effectiveness Use metrics and data to identify and implement improvements in processes and outcomes Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning and experimentation Support teams in optimising their delivery processes to maximise efficiency Help teams avoid roadblocks and stay on track What you can bring to our team:  Proven experience leading agile delivery teams at scale in a complex, dynamic environment A track record of delivering large-scale programs on time and within scope Proven leadership skills with a background in managing, mentoring, and developing teams Expertise in leading roadmap planning Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels, including C-suite Experience in setting up regular improvement programs and reviews Analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and adaptability to fit organisational needs Experience in tools for tracking and reporting delivery like Jira, Looker etc Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering business value Thought leadership in delivery management Everyone's career path is individual and different, so this is just a guide.
