This role that you are applying for will be working for KINTO UK Ltd, which is a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group, with offices located in Portsmouth. KINTO UK shares their HR function with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in the UK; however, the job being advertised will not be working directly for Toyota Financial Services. The Head of Account Management is responsible for overall key customer relationships, including ensuring full customer contract retention and profitable growth across our account base.
Meeting the fleet and mobility needs of a broad range of corporate, public, and not-for-profit customers. From high security to hard-working car and commercial fleets, we aim to profitably grow our multi-brand presence and brand within the industry.
We are looking for a driven, motivated, and focused individual who is results-oriented for the business and their team.
The Individual: Contract hire, leasing, and/or fleet industry experienceAccount Management and sales backgroundLeadership and proven management of large teamsStrategic planningAnalytical, able to create and develop reportsCoaching, team management, and influence skillsThe Role: You'll lead an experienced and welcoming team to create a great customer experience at KINTO through:Managing, developing, and supporting the existing customer base to ensure growth and retentionAnalysing and understanding our customer needs and strategic objectivesAchieving annual targets for customer retention, finance and services penetration, product mix, Toyota family penetration, and portfolio targetsInspiring, developing, managing, and supporting a large team of experienced Strategic Account Managers, Operational Account Managers, and CV SpecialistsAssisting in developing and supporting our sales strategy and hitting our profit and service targetsLeading the account management team to identify and propose solutions to upsell KINTO products and services into the existing customer baseEnsuring business risks are appropriately controlled and minimized to the extent possibleProviding in-depth market research on competitor activitiesWhere required, acting as final approver of new business customers' implementation plans in line with audit requirements before 'go live'.Along with our excellent benefits package, we are proud of our Talent Enablement culture.
