We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef at F1 - Murry's.
Location: F1, Biggin Hill Rate of pay: 38,000.00 per annum Working pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days Key responsibilities • Leading the culinary operation in a hospitality led environment whilst delivering excellence when preparing the day to day staff offering • Creating sustainable seasonal menus • Reporting to the Group Chef driving creative menus and delivering top class food in line with current food trends • Developing and enhancing the food offer, to drive continuous innovation and heightened presentation standards • Work with the client team and Gather & Gather colleagues to produce bespoke events and pop ups • Responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen and ensuring all food safety, allergen information and other key factors are maintained • Understanding the need to balance food offers to appeal to all dietary requirements and championing a balanced wellbeing approach • Clearly understand the links between financial and operational management and provide innovative solutions to current economic pressures • Confidently articulate culinary excellence to all members of the client team • Be inspirational!
