Job description: Head Chef – Award Winning Restaurant – Up to £47k Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a talented Head Chef, for our client, an award winning Hotel in Castle Combe, near Chippenham.
The successful candidate will ideally have a proven history within a fast paced environment, be a driven individual and be looking to expand their culinary skills within a progressive company.
Up to £47k per yearShare of tipsAnnual management bonus ( of annual salary) The successful Head Chef responsibilities; Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes.Leading, motivating managing and training the kitchen team.Inspire the team, create similar menus to what is currently available.Stock control, ordering, dealing with suppliers and all aspects of kitchen health, hygiene and safety.Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety A Head Chef role at this establishment is like no other, an outstanding reputation across the South West, with a huge focus on locally sourced ingredients.You will be working in a team of 8, therefore it is really important to have constant communication skills.The candidate will also need to be driven and have a great eye for detail.
