What will you get up to?
Lead and inspire a team in delivering exceptional food quality, focusing on handcrafted pizzas.
Oversee kitchen operations, including stock management, ordering, and maintaining exceptional food hygiene standards.
Train, develop, and recruit team members, ensuring a motivated and skilled workforce.
Collaborate on menu development to keep offerings fresh, exciting, and on-brand.
Take ownership of kitchen KPIs, such as rota management, food cost control, and waste reduction.
