Head Chef An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to head up a brigade in a gastro pub.
You will have free reign on the menu, as long as it is of the companies standards.
You will need considerable experience in costing, menu planning, ordering, rotas and maintaining hygiene standards.
Everything is made from fresh, fish and game are sourced locally.
You will head up a brigade of 8 chefs so strong management experience is important.
