Head Chef

Our Client, based in an idyllic location in Berkshire, a fantastic local restaurant /pub is looking for an experienced professional, motivated and dynamic Head chef to help deliver exceptional and consistent food that wows their guests every time.
Salary £45,000 - £48,000 (depending on experience) Holiday 25 days per annum Full Time 42 hours per week Uniform provided.
Meals on duty We are looking for an inspirational leader and creative Head Chef with a passion for great food and excellent service.
Food Passion Leadership and Teamwork Kitchen hygiene An enthusiastic and creative flair for creating dishes and working closely with the Owner.
An understanding about the philosophy of sustainable kitchens and menus Stock management minimising waste.
Staff training programme Time keeping, staff and shift management.
Cleaning with a focus and passion that exceeds all hygiene levels.
