Kitchen Management : Oversee daily kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in line with health regulations.
Menu Planning : Develop seasonal, varied menus that prioritize nutrition, flavor, and residents' satisfaction.
Stock Control : Manage food inventory, minimizing waste and ensuring timely stock replenishment.
Team Leadership : Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
